To be fair to cafepress, anybody can open a storefront there in a matter of minutes or hours. It's fairly immediate. I myself just opened up the dangerousdan.us store! Go to: http://www.cafepress.com/dangerousdan

I think they have a review system where they gradually get around and vet all the merchandise on the site, but it'd be pretty easy to get offensive material up on a store that wouldn't be noticed for awhile.
