MT 3.15

I have updated movable type to 3.15 so that should solve most of the funky punctutation problem this site has had in the past. I am also going to turn off comment registration to see what happens, but if I still get too much spam I will turn it back on.

I don't know, Pete, I'm still getting the George Clinton funky punctuation. Oddly, though, and it may just be coincidence, it's only showing up in your blockquotes.
