Another Black Eye for the University of Colorado.
Ward Churchill does not have a doctorate, has lied about his ethic background when applying for a job, has encouraged and instructed people in terrorism, has been accused of serious academic fraud, has copied other people's artwork and claimed it was his original work, and compared the innocent victims of 9/11 to the Nazi Eichmann. He still has a job at the University of Colorado.
Phil Mitchell has a doctorate and has received much praise from students and other professors for his teaching ability. He has not been caught lying about his ethnic background, has not been accused of academic fraud, has never encouraged terrorism, has not copied artwork and claimed it was his creation, and does not think that the 9/11 victims were little Eichmanns. But he is a conservative and an evangelical Christian so there is no place for him at the University of Colorado.
